And First An Hour

And first an hour of mournful musing
And then a gush of bitter tears
And then a dreary calm diffusing
Its deadly mist o’er joys and cares

And then a throb and then a lightening
And then a breathing from above
And then a star in heaven brightening
The star the glorious star of love

– Emily Bronte

As with all things, our emotions go through phases. It is the processing and release of these emotions that frees us from the turmoil within and the turmoil without. Grasping at the artificial structures of our human world is the fodder for sorrow and fuel for pain. Yet we often carry those embers… those subtle seed flames… smoldering deep within us by holding on to some form of attachment and ego. Even the barest of remnants can prohibit us from truly claiming our birthrights of freedom, of abundance, of joy, happiness and contentment.

Allow yourself the time to process your thoughts and emotions completely, then let them go… and be free to live In Love, With Love, for all.

Namaste.
