Tender heart.
Brave heart.
Seeing what can not be seen.
Knowing what can not be known.
Feeling what is Real.
Acknowledging Truth.

Overcome with Compassion,
Sympathy, sadness.
Feeling the Pain
that resides so deeply
in so many,
here, now.
Knowing it doesn’t have to be.
Knowing there’s a better way.
Yearning to help, to heal.
Fully recognizing
that we are all One.
One.
Just ONE.

Breathing In.
Breathing Out.
Doing what can be done
here, now,
One moment at a time.

One breath.
One.
