Tears
Crying for no reason
My heart is melting.
More than before
the Pains I feel
are the echoes of humanity
and humanity’s soul-ache.
An ache for Light,
an ache for Love,
an ache for Compassion
and wholeness
and HEALING.
An ache to become
that which we are meant to become –
Whole,
Complete,
ONE.
This pain I bear,
These tears I shed,
Melt away ego
and separateness.
I melt.
And in this melting,
I become
more of humanity than before.
My heart!!
It weeps so!!
Tears of sadness,
Tears of pain,
Tears of Joy
in our becoming
That Which We Are.
I am you.
You are me.
We are One.
May the healing tears I shed
Help all those in pain,
Help all those who as yet do not see
All those who weep in fear.
May these tears
Help transform the world
as they transform my heart.
I am you.
You are me.
We are One.
A Call…
A call has been issued
Do you hear it?
A call has been raised
Do you respond?
Our true mission is upon us
Dare we spread our wings?
Our planet needs us
Dare we brave the solar winds?
Humanity needs us
as shelter
and solace.
As Hope.
All that Was
All that Will Be
All that IS
now and through eternity
Resides with us.
The call has been issued
Do you hear it?
The call has been raised
Do you act upon it?
Do (2)…
Changes are coming. Some have come already. And we are changing with it. The transition is inevitable – it’s underway now! As Lightworkers, Healers and the Spiritually-inclined, we know this. But it is not always as easy to navigate through these changes as we would like. Although our supply of Light and Love is limitless, our physical form is not always up to the task and sometimes we find ourselves needing a small break. It is part of our natural cycle. So what things can we do to help spread the Light, regardless of our training, experiences, or the waxing or waning of our particular cycle?
We can…
- Live in the moment… in each moment, as many moments as you can, as often as you can. Appreciate the moments, and cherish them. All we truly have is moments… one after the next after the next…
- Breathe when things get difficult or stressful or anxiety-ridden. Or when you have simply become overloaded with the emotions and the egos of others so much that you have temporarily lost yourself.
- Go outside, regardless of the weather. Ground yourself. The simple act of being outside for a few minutes has a wonderful effect of reuniting us with the natural world – regardless of the weather, or perhaps specifically because of the weather…
- Laugh. Live. Play. Dance in the rain and catch snowflakes on your tongue. Hug a tree. Hug a loved one. Smile at a stranger. Do a kind deed. Dig your toes in the sand, yell from the top of a mountain, climb a tree. Plant something. Make a mud pie. Let your imagination be your guide…
- Live from the Heart… for that is where truth endures, compassion lives, and hope resides.
- Do whatever it is that you do, and do it well, keeping the goodness and kindness of humanity close to heart, always.
When we tire from the task on-hand, or get lost within the influences of those whom we seek to heal, take a break. Recuperate a bit. For a while, let another take your place lighting the lanterns so others may find the steps they need upon the Path. We may just be giving others the opportunity they need for their next step on the Path, finding more of our brethren to help with the upcoming tasks in the process.
Namaste.
Do …
Cha-cha-cha-chaaaaannnges!
Everywhere, they surround us. Everything, they permeate. Known or unknown, realized or not, the world is changing before our very eyes.
On the surface, it seems volatile; full of hatred and war, tension and ego of all kinds. Prophesies and philosophies and theories run rampant, fear and uncertainty and speculation are near the surface for many. But it is the visibility of these things that make them easier to dispel, for beneath this surface of confusion is where the real changes are found. Within the collective mind and spirit, encouraged and enhanced by each of our efforts, we are evolving to a species with Heart instead of Ego, governed by Sympathy and Compassion instead of by Intolerance and Hatred and Greed. Those things that dominate our news are merely the results of our short-sightedness of the past – the result of karmic forces at work… but they also serve as an incentive to alter our perspectives and embrace our evolution.
We are the Lightworkers of the Planet – Her guardians, mentors to others yet to discover they too are on the Path, Healers of the Wounded. What can we do in this ever-evolving world to help ease our human transition to the higher planes and to assist others in their personal evolutions? The answer is simple:
Live in the Moment … Live from the Heart

Bubble Perspective
Bubbles in the sink, in the bath, or blown playfully through a loop by kids in the yard… translucent, transparent, and insubstantial, floating along on the predominant wind of chance and intent. Within their surfaces are reflected a distorted view of the physical world, each bubble echoing back those things with which it is surrounded, each reflecting the world slightly differently from its neighbor.
Heap a bunch of the smaller bubbles together and suddenly the translucence of each is lost, absorbed by the identity of the whole. Gained instead is a seemingly solid form of which each bubble is now a part. These bubbles may be molded by the elements to which they are exposed and shaped by clever hands to semi-recognizable shapes, yet a strong breeze disburses them … some flying in smaller groups back through the air, landing wherever they may and assuming new shapes and forms in the process. Others, affected by the breeze, simply pop out of existence and return once more to the realm of the insubstantial.
A lone bubble, discovered in surprise is often an instant connection to simpler times and serves as a reminder of the ephemeral, of the illusion. Still susceptible to a sudden *pop*, the bubble is no more…
Greetings
Ah… Hello and greetings, everyone! It is a bit odd to be writing after such a break from the blog-o-sphere, but Spirit has mandated a return, so here we are once more. I have already delayed far too long.
So what happened that the Monkey disappeared, and so suddenly? Well, I got caught up in the external world; the world of politics and biased media, and was overcome by the bombardment of rather short-sighted and depressing mainstream philosophies, ideologies and physicalities. I started rereading Brave New World, and realized that the fantasy world described therein is hitting far too close to home in our reality right now. This turned my thoughts towards politics and pharmaceuticals and agendas and the general chaos reigning over the physical world – bombings and destruction and threats world-wide.
The book is back on the bookshelf now, unfinished, and beyond reviewing headlines, little “news” is being read and the politicians can bicker amongst themselves all they wish – it is inconsequential when it comes right down to it. But in a world so overcome by fear and ego in its various forms, each jostling to assert its dominance over all else, it is all the more important to first look within for the guidance we as a people so desperately need. Should each of us actually be able to listen and act upon our hearts’ directions, the goodness ripples outward, eventually affecting all things in the World. And this is the message to which we must listen these days, for time is short, tempers shorter and Lightworkers world-wide must unite and stay true to their paths for the betterment of the world.
The world is changing, let us help guide it off the destructive path and towards evolution instead. Somewhere in this process lies my Path, and once more has the mantle been accepted to spread what messages of Light and Love I may be able. It is good to be back.
Namaste, my friends… namaste.

Blogging update: I am making my way back to the blogging world, but still busy with aspects of real-life physical reality… I hope the holidays and New Year has treated you well.
Feathers!
Feathers! Big, lush, luminescent iridescent feathers! Peacock feathers to be precise… and with the turquoise and violet and brilliant emerald. Lush tones evoking memories and reminders of all that is, all that was and all that will be.
Snatched from the edge of forgetfulness on the ending edge of a dream, so fractured has my attention been lately, it is a welcomed reminder, embraced with the heart, at the heart… as where it should be.
Namaste.
Out of the Habit
Ok, I admit it – I’m out of the habit of sitting at the computer, writing down my thoughts and impressions on the greater reality of the physical world… There seems too many things to do in the course of a day lately and simply not enough time to decompress enough from the physical aspects of living in order to naturally convey thoughts on higher reality in the time alloted to do so each day. So the Physical wins round 1 … or is it round 3,000? Or is it just another loop in the cycle? LOL… it is really just another loop, and that’s fine, but I can’t help but feel like I’m dropping the ball for everyone who has ventured to my blog and, in fact, to everyone currently on the Path or contemplating it. For that, I hope you please accept my most sincere apologies.
Is providing the support and encouragement to walk the Path solely mine? No, but it is part of my particular Path … part of my Spiritual assignment to reach out to the World, to help find and encourage those who suddenly find themselves contemplating such things – especially in this time of dramatic growth and development of World Consciousness. But it is also part of my Path to support and provide for my family and to raise awareness in those physically more closer, and ultimately this is a personal lesson on Balancing the two (I suspect there have been many more lifetimes than I am currently aware spent sequestered in monasteries and such). So here we are back to the dichotomy and duality and the nature of the World… None of it matters, when it gets right down to it… and all of it does.
So I hope you forgive my rather sporadic writing the last month or so, and bear with me as I try to regain my momentum and reclaim the habit of writing for the blog. Not all of what I may write may be as “intense” as some of my articles in the past, but it is what it is meant to be… but that may not be a bad thing either.
Thank you … and Namaste, my friends…
