ImBalance

sriyantra.jpgIronic that the last article was about Balance when I’ve been feeling a bit off-balance the last few days: Unfocussed, out of touch with Spirit, physically and mentally tired, unmotivated and a tad overwhelmed, and just generally a bit out of sorts. It’s all been very mundane, very ‘human’. On a personal physical level, this little ‘bump’ may be borne of dietary changes, of hormonal fluctuations with my thyroid, of just needing a real break from daily responsibilities.

Or, it may be from my not following my own advice: allowing myself to get distracted from Spiritual pursuits, not meditating often enough, spending too much time on the computer and not enough time outside in the sun, plus a bit of dehydration and general inactivity. So what’s a blogger to do?

Well, blog about it, of course! 😉 (a short post, anyway)

I did find some time to just sit outside in the sun and read earlier today. Getting some fresh air and sunshine was more essential than I had thought. Within seconds of the sun hitting my skin, I was feeling better! Within seconds, there was a world of difference made – mood raised, body warmed, tension and fatigue eased, connection to Spirit regained, heart coaxed into opening a bit to take in the light and warmth. The difference was not subtle. The further along this Path I tread, the more sensitive I become – yet on some levels, it would seem that the degree of sensitivity hasn’t quite fully registered on my conscious brain, allowing a relapse into those “old habits” of mind and body (thus the reminder).

And so, I write a short post and go off to ponder how large and direct a correlation exists between physical sunlight and spiritual pursuits which are very often referred to as “Light”…

Namaste.

Nudges & Ponderings

I also have been feeling not quite grounded. A morning run helped to clear that foggy feeling.

It is true many things can contribute to imbalance.

Being in a human body on a lower vibrational planet can be difficult at times.

I am a HSP (highly sensitive person). A new buzz term. I think it is the same as being an Empath.

I still have trouble protecting myself from the onslaught of others emotions, thoughts , auras. etc. But I am getting much better. :o)

    Blessings.

A short remark on your short post. I can relate to what you wrote so very well.
